    CONNECT WITH ME… Then we will discuss the home-buying process in more detail and I will help you get connected with a local mortgage lender to get preapproved.

    Once you are preapproved, I will search for homes that fit your criteria and budget. Then we will go tour until you find, “the one”.

  • 3.

    When we find the right house for you, we will strategize and I will guide you in submitting a competitive offer.

  • 4.

    When your offer has been accepted, you will submit your earnest money and we will have experts out to conduct necessary inspections on the home.

  • 5.

    Once inspections are complete, we will review the reports together. Then, we will negotiate with the seller for necessary repairs or credits.

  • 6.

    Your mortgage lender will schedule a home appraisal with a neutral party to ensure you are paying a fair market value.

  • 7.

    Once your appraisal is in and your loan has been approved by the underwriters, your escrow officer will reach out to schedule you to sign all final paperwork.

  • 8.

    On closing day the loan will fund & the new deed will be recorded in your name. I will meet you to deliver the keys to your new home!
